If your GP has advised that your condition requires specialist diagnosis and possible treatment, they’ll need to provide us with a referral letter but either you or your GP can contact us to arrange your first appointment

If you’re self-funding, you have to pay in full before we can arrange your treatment. Payment can be made by:

• Major credit or debit cards - we don’t accept American Express
• Electronic payment directly into our bank account
• Cheque

By card

Card payments can be made in person or over the phone with our Finance Department on 01580 240333 ext 7470, quoting your invoice number.

By cheque

To ensure your admission as a self-pay patient, we must receive a cheque at least seven working days before your appointment date.
