Perhaps it’s the proud history the hospital has of caring for people since 1907, when it was opened by the National Association for the Establishment and Maintenance of Sanatoria to treat postal workers suffering from tuberculosis.

Come and meet us at our in-person recruitment event
We are excited to be hosting an in-person clinical recruitment event on 26 February from 10am to midday at Benenden Hospital, Goddard’s Green Road, Benenden TN17 4AX. The event will provide an insight of working at the hospital, the benefits and roles available which include Nursing, Healthcare Support Worker, Physiotherapist and Flexibank.
Speakers will include Claire Harley – Director of Patient Services, Ali Turner – Matron and Adela Messinger - HR Advisor. We will also have staff from the Nursing Team, Healthcare Support Worker Teams, Imaging and Physiotherapy on hand to answer any questions and to talk through their roles.
There will also be an opportunity to have a tour of clinical areas of the hospital such as the Imaging Department, Theatres, Physiotherapy and Eye Unit. Providing potential employees a feel of where they could be working and the calming environment our staff and facilities create for our patients.
