What does Flexi-Bank mean?

Flexi= Flexibility Bank= Bank account/A bank of people

Being a part of the Flexi-Bank staff team at Benenden Hospital can offer you the perfect work/life balance by giving you the opportunity to work flexibly during the week.

Our Flexi-Bank staff are vital in supporting us to maintain high standards of patient safety and care. At our hospital we hire the most appropriately skilled staff to work in both our clinical and non-clinical areas.

Whilst we're unable to guarantee you regular hours, we do have the need to cover our regular staff members across all areas of the hospital during times when we experience increased demands or staff shortages.
